Zelda TotK Mayamats Shrine Ball Puzzle Solution (Easy)

Mayamats Shrine is located in the Gerudo Highlands region of the Surface map in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Some parts of this shrine are hard to figure out and that’s where I come in. In this guide, I will break down all the details you need to know on how to solve the Mayamats Shrine ball puzzle.

To reach the Mayamats Shrine, you need Cold Resistance because this shrine is in a harsh weather area.

How to Solve Mayamats Shrine Ball Puzzle in Zelda TotK

As soon you enter the Shrine, go down the main stairs and you will see a set of fans blowing wind toward the other side. Jump into the jump and glide your way to the other side of the gap. Look toward your left to spot a giant ball but you need to use the Ascend ability to reach it on the upper platform.

Once you’re there, use Grab ability to pick up the ball and drop it down.

Now take the giant ball and place it between the two stone pillars with some gap in between.

Stand under the giant ball and use the Ascend ability.

The next step is to take the ball and use it to grab the smaller ball from the other side of the room. You have to time it just right and keep the giant ball above the rails so that it won’t drop down.

Now take both balls back to the rails next to the fans we used to Glide. Place both balls on the Rails but make sure to have the smaller ball on the right side. It should look something like this:

The final small is to glide to the other side, detach the smaller ball and place it in the ground mechanism on the other side. This will unlock the Mayamats Shrine door.

Lastly, if you want to unlock the chest of the Mayamats Shrine, place the balls between the gap before going to the other side.

That’s all you need to know on how to solve the ball puzzle in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Mayamats Shrine. Have something to add? Let us know in the comments below.
