How To Beat The Flux Construct I Boss In Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
The Flux Construct I boss can be found in the Great Sky Island before you head over to Hyrule. The exact location of the boss is shown in the image below. From afar, the boss is going to look like a giant pillar with a red light emitting from its top. Once you get close enough, the guardian of the Great Sky Island is going to reveal its true form.

The boss is large, but it can move rather quickly. So you will need to be on your toes to avoid its attacks. Fortunately, once it does attack, it takes some time to recover. The basic strategy for beating the Flux Construct is pretty simple; you need to target the glowing parts of the boss.
The boss is made of blocks, and one of them will be glowing green. You need to attack this part. Once you start the encounter, the boss is going to lunge at you, so move towards the side to avoid taking damage and keep out of harm’s way. Then the boss is going to slam into the ground and is going to stay still for a few seconds. This is your chance to close the gap, move in and deal damage to the glowing block.
Once you deal damage, the boss is going to try and get back up. You can still attack the glowing block during this time. So take your time and land a couple of hits before the boss gets back up.

Once you deal enough damage, the blocks that build up the boss are going to scatter. When this happens, you need to find the one block that glows and attack it. You will have enough time to land a few hits before the blocks combine back together.
Once all the blocks are back together, they are going to form a large cube. A part of the cube will glow green. This is the weak spot that you need to attack. You can use your bow to attack the glowing part from a safe distance.

You will need to land a couple of hits, and once you have done enough damage, the blocks are going to scatter, and the boss is going to fall apart. You will, again, need to find the glowing block and attack it. You can also check out our complete video on how you can defeat the Flux Construct I boss.
