You can start The Ancient City of Gorondia side quest in the north of Goron City in the Eldin region. You need to talk to the little guy called Dubgy, who is near the minecart tracks.
How To Complete The Ancient City Of Gorondia In Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom
You need to use the Ultrahand ability to hold the fan to the right of Dubgy. Fix it to the minecart and put it on the left tracks. You should not put it on the right ones. Now you need to talk to the Dubgy and select the dialogue option “Try it out now.” He will then head into the minecart.
You now need to head into the cart yourself. Now hit the fan to move the cart over the tracks. You will then arrive at YunoboCo HQ, which is on the far end of the tracks. Dubgy will now talk to you, and you will be rewarded with a Zonai Charge.
