As you roam around the world of Wild Hearts, you will come across vines hindering your progression. There can be a number of items behind these vines such as Treasures, etc. which is why it is important to know how to destroy these roots. Luckily, destroying these vines in Wild Hearts is a fairly simple process, provided that you meet a few pre-requisites. Keep on reading to learn how.
First, you will need to defeat Kingtusk — it is a massive boar that you will face fairly early. It is a difficult battle so be ready to spend a little time on it. After defeating Kingtusk, you will acquire Karakuri.
Once you have acquired Karakuri, you will need to place it next to some vines that you wish to destroy. After that, you need to swipe at the vines with your sword. If done correctly, you will set your weapon aflame which will destroy all vines in front of you. It will probably take you a few attempts to do it consistently but it is really not hard to do so. It is also important to note that you will need some Karakuri Thread to be able to perform the action.
