AMD GPU users need open Radeon Settings > Preferences > Additional Settings > Power > Switchable Graphics Application Settings. Select the game and select the “High-Performance profile” to the game under Graphics Settings. This will fix the game running on the integrated GPU issue.

Some players are experiencing the issue where they launch Wasteland 3 and nothing happens or crashes as soon as it launches. The first fix you need to try is to go to the Steam folder and navigate to “Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2019”. Run vc_redist.x64.exe and install it.
