Warhammer 40K: Rogue Trader Respec
The ability to respec skills in Warhammer 40K: Rogue Trader is not available from the beginning. In order to unlock the respec feature, you will need to defeat Chaos Spawn. After defeating Chaos Spawn, you must complete Act-I to officially become a Rogue Trader and take control of your ship. The voidship serves as the hub where you will be able to respec your character.
The NPC responsible for respecing is Janris Danrok, located aboard the voidship. He is stationed near the main terminal that opens the Koronus Expanse. You will need to interact with him to begin respecing. It is also important to note that respecing is not free. You will need to spend Profit Factor. Moreover, the cost of respecing increases each time you use the feature.
You should also note that while you can respec the Talents, Skills, and Abilities you have selected, it is not possible to change Homeworld, Origin, or Class. After your character reaches Level 16, you will have the option to choose a different Advanced Class which adds another layer of customization to your character.
You should also note that the respec process can be a little buggy at times. This is why it is a good idea to create a Manual Save before any changes.
