One of the triumphs that is needed to unlock the Disciple-Slayer seal in Destiny 2: The Witch Queen is called Symmetry. This triumph can only be done during the Rhulk encounter. In this Destiny 2 guide, we have detailed all there is to know about completing the Symmetry triumph in the new Vow of the Disciple raid.
Destiny 2: Vow of the Disciple Symmetry Triumph
The triumph is related to the last encounter in the raid. To complete it, the team needs to dunk the 2 buffs within 5 seconds of each other. While simple on paper, it requires a lot of teamwork.
After beginning the encounter, have P1 stand on the middle plate and shoot the large crystal above Rhulk to get the Leeching Force. Once obtained, let P1 stand on the middle plate and distribute the Leeching Force to P2 and P3.
P2 and P3 will then stand in the beam to turn the Leeching Force into the Eminating Force and dunk at the same time.
Once done, let P1 stand on the middle plate again and shoot the crystal once more to get the Leeching Force.
- P1 will then distribute it to P2 and P3.
- P3 will then give it to P4 and P5.
- P5 will give it to P1 and P6.
At this point, P2, P4, P1, and P6 should have the Leeching Force – remember that this needs to be done quickly. First, let P2 and P4 transform into the Eminating Force and dunk at the same time. Immediately after that, let P1 and P6 grab the Eminating Force and dunk simultaneously. Also, note that for the last 4 dunks, the team will need to kill another set of Glyphkeepers and call out the new symbols.
If done correctly, Rhulk should begin the damage phase. Therefore, head up to the arena and nuke him. Just to be safe, make sure to double-dunk in the boss arena as well. If unable to one-phase, the entire process must be repeated during consequent damage phases.
