How to Farm Greater Blood Essence in V Rising

Greater Blood Essence is needed to ensure that the castle continues to run smoothly. There are two different kinds of BEs i.e., Blood Essence and Greater Blood Essence. While getting Blood Essence is simple, Greater Blood Essence requires a little more work. In this V Rising guide, we have detailed all there is to know about farming Greater Blood Essence.

V Rising Greater Blood Essence

Greater Blood Essence is not something that drops from enemies. Therefore, in order to get it, the player needs to craft it. To begin, the player needs to build a Blood Press in the castle. Once it has been built, the player will need to add 4x Unsullied Hearts for one Greater Blood Essence.

But how does one get Unsullied Hearts?

As of now, there is no sure method of earning Unsullied Hearts? This item can drop from high-level enemies such as humans, wolves, etc. It is also important to note that these can be consumed in order to get blood but we recommend against doing so.

After getting a total of 4x Unsullied Hearts, the player needs to return to the Blood Press in the castle. Once there, add these Unsullied Hearts to the machine in order to get a GBE.
