RYNO 8 or Rip You a New One is the last weapon that you can unlock in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. This is a recurring weapon in the franchise and a great one that you can get without spending any bolts. In order to unlock the RYNO 8 weapon, you need to find the 10 Spybots that are hidden in the different levels of the game. The following is where each one is:

Corson V (Nefarious City)
You can find the Spybot in a pipe at the end of the Factory Station.
Sargasso (Outpost L51)
To get the Spybot from Mort you will need to get the 60 Zurpstones. Once you have them all you can get the Spybot from Mort in the factory.
Scarstu Debris Field (Zurkie’s)
Complete the gold-tier Vroom Around arena challenge. To get the second Spybot you need to get the Hurlshot from Torren IV. Once you have it head into Zurkie’s. Go right and use the Hurlshot to get on the far platform. This is where you can get the second Spybot.
Savali (Urfdah Mesa)
You will find some blue lanterns at the far north-western part of the map. These mark the entrance of a cave. Follow the lamps and you will find a pirate ship. You will find the Spybot on the ship. Note that you will be attacked once you do pick it up.
Blizar Prime (Blizon Mines)
During one of the side quests, you will help Chef Tulio by defeating a couple of monsters. Once you have completed the arc, Chef Tulio is going to give you the Spybot.
Torren IV (Molonoth Gulch)
When you enter Junktown take a right at the start of the level from the main street where Ms Zurkon is. Magneboots to go beneath the town. You will find the Spybot in the lower area with some Raritarium.
Cordelion (Kedaro Station)
Teleport to Rubion Forge and use the spring pad on your right. Use the rift tether to get to the ledge above. This is where you will find the Spybot.
Ardolis (Pirate Base)
From Plunder Marketplace look north-east and you will see a beach far away. Use rift tether to get to the ship with some Raritanium. Jump and slide town to get to the beach. The Spybot is on the north most part of the island.
Viceron (Zordoom Prison)
When you get into the vent take your first right to get some Raritarium. On the left, you can go through a gap and break a fan. Take a right and then right again to get to the Spybot.
Once you have all the Spybot you can head over to Ms Zurkon and she will give you the weapon for free.
