The first step toward becoming the biggest hospital tycoon in Two Point Hospital is training your staff so that they’re able to perform their duties effectively. Poorly trained hospital staff can lead to a decrease in the Happiness Level and even death of patients. To counteract this, you need to make sure that you train your staff well in Two Point Hospital.
Two Point Hospital Training
Similar to the Research Lab, you’ll automatically gain access to the Training Room as you progress through the first few levels of the game. Once you’ve got the Training Room at your disposal, you’ll be able to train all of your staff including doctors, nurses, janitors, ghostbuster janitors, etc.
When it comes to setting up your Training Room, you need to keep in mind that a single Trainee Desk can only be occupied by a single trainee. Try to have as many of these as you possibly can before starting the training process. But how do you do it?
How to Train Staff
The first thing that you need to do is to check your staff’s (an individual) star rating. It can be anything ranging from 1 to 5. In order to train someone, you can simply drag them to the Training Room or select the room, choose a course, and select the individual you wish to learn the course.
However, this is where things get a little interesting. You can’t teach a janitor how to treat broken bones or treat wounds. That wouldn’t be an ideal way of doing so. Instead, what you should try to do is to go with a course that’d increase an individual’s overall efficiency and performance.
A couple of examples can be teaching nurse treatment skills or teaching the diagnosis skill to a doctor. Once you’ve decided on a course to teach an individual, simply start the training and it’ll automatically be completed after a brief while. If you wish to speed up the training process, you’ll need to hire more tutors.
