The Sims 4 Tiny Living allows you to have three different tiers of lots, each of which provides you with various Lot Perks. Aside from the Lot Perks, your chosen lot also determines the number of tiles the home can have. Outdoor things such as pools don’t count toward the calculations but additional levels, as well as basements, do.

The Sims 4 Tiny Living Lot Perks

Before we take a look at all the Lot Perks in detail, let’s quickly go over all three lot types, tile requirements, and bonuses provided by them:

  • Micro: Let it Grow, Feelin’ Fine All the Time, Let’s All Get Along, Lighten the Load, You Got the Touch, Cozy Comforts
  • Small: Feelin’ Fine All the Time, Lighten the Load
  • Tiny: Feelin’ Fine All the Time, You Got the Touch, Lighten the Load, Cozy Comforts

Micro – Tier 1

This tier of the home can only utilize a maximum of 32 tiles. It gets the most Lot Perks of all in the game.

Let it Grow
Plants at this lot grow at double the speed as compared to normal.

Feelin’ Fine All the Time
Inspired, Focused, and Happy buffs last for twice the normal duration.

Let’s All Get Along
Thanks to the tiny space, your relationship gains are increased by two-fold but at the cost of increased negative side effects as well.

Lighten the Load
Another benefit of living in a confined space. All your energy bill costs are cut in half.

You Got the Touch
The skill gains are increased by two-fold as well.

Cozy Comforts
All the items on the lot provide double comfort values. Time to relax a little.

Tiny – Tier 2

Tiny or tier 2 homes can only use a maximum of 64 tiles. Since you’re given a little extra to put things together, your Lot Perks are cut in half.

Feelin’ Fine All the Time
Inspired, Focused, and Happy buffs last for twice the normal duration.

You Got the Touch
The skill gains are increased by two-fold as well.

Lighten the Load
Another benefit of living in a confined space. All your energy bill costs are cut in half.

Cozy Comforts
All the items on the lot provide double comfort values. Time to relax a little.

Small – Tier 3

The last tier of Tiny Homes is small or tier 3 which allows you to play around with a maximum of 100 tiles – pretty generous. However, this generosity comes at the price of the least Lot Perks in the new expansion.

Feelin’ Fine All the Time
Inspired, Focused, and Happy buffs last for twice the normal duration.

Lighten the Load
Another benefit of living in a confined space. All your energy bill costs are cut in half.
