The Electric Fling is an optional mission in The Outer Worlds: Peril on Gorgon which requires you to retrieve a total of 5 phonograph scattered around the Gorgon Canyon. Once found, depending on who you give them to, you’ll either receive the Wilderness Ops Armor or the Wall of Swords weapon. In this guide, we’ll walk you through all you need to know about the locations of every phonograph in Peril on Gorgon.
The Outer Worlds: Peril on Gorgon Phonograph Locations
There are a total of 5 phonograph locations in TOW. Most of them can be found while completing other missions in the game.
Phonograph #1 – CHEM Lab Storage
This area can be accessed during The Man in High Orbit. Once there, head inside the room called Main Lab with the green tubes and loot it from inside a cupboard.
Phonograph #2 – HIA Observation Room B
To find this, you’ll need to acquire the HIA Passkey acquired during A Clockwork Mock Apple. Once acquired, head inside Human Inquiry and Auditing to find it there.
Phonograph #3 – OCI Projector Room
It can be accessed using the Preserved Eye during The Ones Who Walk Away from Gorgon. Once you’re inside the Office of Creative Incubations and make your way toward the theater. It’s here where you’ll find the phonograph.
Phonograph #4 – GPO, Ravine
To find this one, you need to head over to the east side of Gorgon. Once there, head inside the room that says “Trash” to find it inside.
Phonograph #5 – Birdie’s Apartment
The final one is inside a room above the ramp near the Office of Creative Incubations.
After obtaining all of them, you’ll have two choices. One option is to give them to Roscoe Clanton and the other one is to give them to Georgie’s Automech. They can be given to either of them depending on what you want as a reward. In addition to Wall of Swords or the Wilderness Ops Armor, you’ll also earn some Bit Cartridge on the side.
