Week 2 for the Manhunt Riddles is upon us now with new The Division 2 Y8S1 Scout 2. As was the case last week, we have three new Scout 2 Manhunt Riddles, and each is pretty simple to solve. You can complete all of these at any World Tier and Modifiers in The Division 2. Riddles solutions are once again simple missions and tasks in specific areas of the map.
The theme for Y8S1 Scout 2 riddles is Hyena. This faction mostly in the Downtown East area of the map so most of what you will be doing in The Division 2 riddles this week is centered in the particular area. Do everything in Downtown East where possible to overlap the first two objectives.
The Division 2 Y8S1 Scout 2 Manhunt Riddle 1 Solution
- Riddle #1: Major Hyena activity is reported in Downtown East. We need to thin the pack.
- Solution: Kill 25 Hyenas in the Downtown East region.
The first Scout 2 manhunt riddle takes you to Downtown East (e.g., areas around Grand Washington Hotel) and farm Hyena enemies in open world missions like Hostage Situations, Elite Enemy targets, Control Points, and Patrols until you can take out 25 Hyena enemies.
While the first riddle worked fine for me, but I have seen reported of a bug that stops the kill counter from progressing. This happens when there are any ongoing Retaliation activities, or you have to logout and back in to fix it. Some players say switching characters and then back to your main character also fixes the issue.
The Division 2 Y8S1 Scout 2 Manhunt Riddle 2 Solution
- Riddle #2: Hyena snipers are targeting civilians en route to aid stations. Find them and take them out.
- Solution: Eliminate 3 Hyena Snipers.
Hyena snipers are part of many open world activities. But they are most often found in Control Points around Downtown East. They can spawn in Downtown East or other Hyena-heavy areas—focus on activities that feature snipers to knock this out quickly.
The Division 2 Y8S1 Scout 2 Manhunt Riddle 3 Solution
- Riddle: Track down and eliminate the Hyena ringleaders.
- Solution: Complete 2 Hyena Bounties.
You need to track down two Hyena Ringleaders. You can find them as Bounties. Open the map, go to the Bounties tab, and select any available Hyena faction bounties (they can be in any region). If none are showing, complete a Hyena-related open-world activity like a Rescue Operation or Public Execution to unlock one. You need exactly two to complete Riddle 3.
