Arslan Siddique, better known as Arslan Ash, one of the best Tekken players in the world recently gave his initial impressions of Tekken 8 and mentioned that there are loads of things that need to be changed. Here is what you need to know.
Arslan Ash’s Initial Impressions Of Tekken 8
Arslan Ash posted on Twitter that he has been training and playing Tekken 7 a lot, so he has not had a lot of time to play Tekken 8. With that said he did share his thoughts regarding the new game. He mentioned that there are plenty of things that need to be changed and that chip damage needs to be reduced if not removed altogether.
He also recommends that combo damage be decreased overall and that the meter should not be handed out at the start of the round but should be earned. The meter is generally earned during the match and earning it is not that difficult. Having it available from the start of the round couple be a game-changer and might be too over-powering.
Ash also commented on the state of some of the characters in Tekken 8 and mentioned that Junis now perfect while Ling and Asuka are average, as always. He added that Jack, Claudio, Kaz, and Jin are extremely overpowered. Lili is also perfect now says Ash. He mentioned that he personally hates both Paul and Bryan.
Tekken 8 has had a couple of beta tests where players were able to try out the new game. There is still time to make adjustments to the game. Since Arslan Ash is one of the best Tekken players in the world, I am sure that his feedback will be taken into consideration and changes will be made before the launch of the game.
Let us know what you think about Tekkne 8 and whether or not you agree with Ash’s remarks.
