Surgeon Simulator 2 Creation Mode Guide – Geometry, Texture, Props, Circuits

One of the brand new features for Surgeon Simulator 2 is the Creation Mode. The Creation tool allows you to create your own levels in the game. In this brief guide, we will explain how to create levels in Surgeon Simulator 2 using the Creation Mode.

How to Create Levels in Surgeon Simulator 2

What is Creation Mode? Well, the mode is a built-in level editor which the developers themselves used to create interesting levels for the campaign. To access the Creation Mode in Surgeon Simulator 2 you need to use the lobby Terminal and press E. This will open up a menu that can get you inside the main campaign, Creation Mode, and Discover.

From the “Create” button go to the second menu and access the “New Level” tab. You can then assign a name to your new level. If you want help, you can access the Basic and Advanced training modes to get a better understanding of how things work.

Once you assign a name to your new level the terminal will close and you are ready to enter the Vactubes. When the game starts you will find yourself in the default level, this is your starting point in the Creation Mode. Inside the editor you have 4 main creation modes:

  • Geometry
  • Texture
  • Props
  • Circuits

Geometry is the bread and butter of all level creation in Surgeon Simulator 2. You will be using Geometry to create corridors, rooms, and any other space you want. Then comes the Texture mode, in this mode you paint the wall with different color patterns.

The Props Mode allows you to fill the world with different objects from a massive catalog. You can customize your level theme with ease in Surgeon Simulator’s Props Mode. The final mode is Circuits which lets you connect circuit props together with wires which helps you set up electric doors that open with a press of a button. You can also use this mode to connect the body to the levels win and lose state.

Learning how to use all 4 Creation Modes is how you create the most unique levels in Surgeon Simulator 2. Once your Creation Mode level is ready you can publish it to the community so other players can access your creation.
