Once you have captured a few Pals, you should probably put them to work. However, summoning these Pals can be a tad confusing at times. Here is everything you need to know about summoning Pals in Palworld:
Summoning Pals in Palworld
Before you can summon a Pal, the first step is to actually catch one. This is achieved through various methods available, such as capturing them in the wild — after they have been weakened, of course.
Once caught, a Pal will be added to your party, assuming there is a free slot. You will see an indicator on the lower-left of your screen showing the selected Pal. From there, simply press ‘E’ to quickly release your Pal onto the field. It will start following you and automatically engage in activities if you are in one of your bases.
To summon a Pal to work at your base, access your Palbox. This is where you will see all the Pals in your party/storage. You simply need to drag the Pals you want to work at your base from storage down to the ‘Pals at the Base’ section in the Palbox.
When you exit the Palbox, the Pals placed in the ‘Pals at the Base’ section will spawn and begin working, provided their skills match the available jobs at your base. You should also ensure you place a Pal Bed for each Pal to keep their Sanity Level intact.
You will need to establish a base by placing a Repair Bench on the ground, marking the surrounding area as your base. Craft a Palbox within your base. This is essential for managing your Pals. Open the Palbox, and under the Main Storage space, locate the Pals at your Base menu. From there, drag a Pal’s icon from your party or storage into the small grey circle in this section to summon them to your base.
After successfully summoning a Pal, you can upgrade your Palbox to enhance its functionality and manage more Pals.
