Subnautica: Below Zero Vehicles Guide


There are a few vehicles in Subnautica: Below Zero that you can use to travel underwater or on land. For now, there are a total of three vehicles in Subnautica: Below Zero. This guide will go through all three vehicles in Subnautica: Below Zero.

Subnautica: Below Zero Vehicles

As mentioned earlier, there are a total of three vehicles in Subnautica: Below Zero. These are:

Sea Truck

Sea Truck is a capsule-shaped container vehicle in Subnautica: Below Zero. It can be upgraded into a more advanced and technological vehicle. You can upgrade and attach different gear to it as you progress in the game. These gear items are called modules and each module serves a unique purpose. It can be acquired through console commands.

You can upgrade the Sea Truck by going into the upgrades panel on the port side above the thruster. Here, you can upgrade the Sea Truck by having to upgrade it using four upgrade slots.

Snow Fox

Snow Fox is a Quad Bike vehicle used to travel on icy terrain in the game. This vehicle is not eligible to be used over or under the water. The modules that can be installed in the Snow Fox to upgrade are the Light module, Speed boost module, and Jumping module.

This vehicle can be upgraded by going to the Upgrades panel and drag desired upgrades in slots to add them to the Snow Fox.

Prawn Suit

Prawn suit is the main vehicle in Subnautica: Below Zero, and it is used to go into the extreme depths of the oceans and seas. This suit is a walking robot and your character can ride it by going into it and operate it from the inside. This suit operates extremely well even in immensely low temperatures.

The prawn suit requires two Power Cells and has a base crush depth of 900 meters. Prawn Suit has 24 slots for its inventory and the items you pick with this vehicle go into the inventory slot automatically. Prawn suit has boosters attached at the back and can reach the speed of 14 Mile Per Hour.
