The Extrovert trait in Starfield is designed for those who thrive in the company of others. If you have this trait, you’re recognized as a people person. When you’re adventuring with human companions, you use less oxygen, which means you can exert yourself more without getting tired quickly. However, there’s a catch. If you’re adventuring alone, you’ll use up more oxygen. It’s essential to note that the Extrovert trait cannot be combined with its opposite, the Introvert trait.
How to Get the Extrovert Trait
There are a couple of ways to get the Extrovert trait:
- Character Creation: When setting up your character in Starfield, you can choose the Extrovert trait as one of your three trait selections.
- Console Commands: For those who like to tweak their gameplay, you can use specific console commands to add or remove traits. To add the Extrovert trait, input the command:
player.addperk 00227FD7
. If you decide you no longer want the trait, use the command:player.removeperk 00227FD7
.
How to Remove the Extrovert Trait
If you ever change your mind and wish to remove the Extrovert trait, you have a couple of options:
- Talk to Andy Singh: Head over to the House of the Enlightened in The Well, New Atlantis. Engage in a conversation with Andy Singh, and you’ll find an option to remove the trait.
- Visit Keeper Aquilus: Another option is to see Keeper Aquilus at the Sanctum Universum, who can also assist in removing the trait for you.
Is the Extrovert Trait Worth It
The Extrovert trait can be beneficial, but it’s somewhat niche. It reduces your oxygen usage, giving you more stamina. However, this advantage is only active when you’re with human companions that align with the trait. If you’re alone, you’ll end up using more oxygen, which could be a disadvantage. The trait shines the most when paired with human companions and when combined with related traits like Empath or Hero Worshiped.
