Starfield Has Three Versions, Costing Up To 300 Euros
According to dataminer billbil-kun, Microsoft is planning on releasing three versions of Starfield for Xbox Series X, Series S, and PC, including the Standard Edition, Premium Edition, and Constellation Edition.
- Standard Edition – €69.99 on PC and €79.99 on consoles (~$70)
- Premium Edition – €104.99 on PC and €114.99 on consoles
- Constellation Edition – €299.99 (~ $348.99)
The pricing for the standard edition seems to be in line with other game releases in the past couple of months, but it is interesting to see that the game is more expensive on Xbox Series X and S compared to PC. Which is rather odd.
At the time of writing, we cannot confirm what DLCs are going to be included with the Premium and Constellation Editions, but it is safe to assume that the Premium Edition will feature some kind of content pass and that the Constellation Edition will most likely come with goodies such as a figurine or/and artbook.
billbil-kun has also confirmed that Microsoft is planning on releasing Starfield style Xbox accessories, including a controller and a wireless headset which will cost $79.99 / £69.99 / €74.99 and $124.99 / £114.99 / €124.99, respectively.
Let us know what you think about Starfield and whether or not you are interested in getting the Constellation edition of the game.
