Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Fast Travel

It should not come as a surprise that a few elements in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor are inspired by Dark Souls games. One such feature that SoulsBorne veterans will immediately related to is the Fast Travel mechanic. While the game does feature a lot of different mounts, they are nowhere close to instantly zapping to a different area. The ability to Fast Travel is fairly simple and does not have any pre-requisites.

In order to Fast Travel in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, all you need to do is to find a Mediation Point. These are similar to how Bonfires worked in Dark Souls games. While resting at a Meditation Point, you will be able to select any other Meditation Point and instantly travel to it. As you might have guessed by now, in order to travel to another Meditation Point, you must have activated it first. Similar to Dark Souls, every time you die, you will respawn at the last Meditation Point you rested at. Mounts are another option if you are not in a rush and want to experience the scenery while traveling to your desired destination.

Lastly, do note that Fast Travel is one of the option you will see when you rest at a Meditation Point. There are plenty of other useful things that you will be able to do while you are at one. These include but are not limited to restoring your full HP, changing your Perks, assigning Skills, switching your Combat Stances, refilling your Stim Charges. In addition to all this, every non-boss enemy in the game will respawn, forcing you to make a decision whether you should rest at a Meditation Point or not.
