In Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, Mysteriums are unique challenges scattered across different districts in the game. These challenges are essential for players aiming for 100% game completion. Each Mysterium transports players to a different dimension where they must complete specific tasks under a time limit. There are 10 Mysteriums in Spider Man 2 but the 10th one can only be unlocked after you find the rest.

Location #10: Downtown Brooklyn
The Grand Finale Mysterium will unlock after you find and complete all 9 other location in Spider Man 2. It is a guide set piece where you chase Mysterio inside an upside down map. When you catch up to him hit square for a final confrontation with him. For your troubles, you’ll get:
- 2,000 XP
- Smoke and Mirrors Suit
- 4 Hero Tokens
- 500 Tech Parts
Each Mysterium has different tiers of completion: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. To have the activity registered as completed in each district, players only need to earn a Bronze time. However, for those aiming for perfection or seeking an extra challenge, achieving Gold in all Mysteriums will prove your prowess as Spider-Man.
