Stick To Sharpshooter Difficulty
The Sharpshooter difficulty setting is ideal to get a feel of what the game has to offer. Anything below this is going to be too easy and anything above this is going to be rather challenging. You can always change the difficulty settings later on once you get used to the mechanics and know how things work in Sniper Elite 5.
Practice Makes Perfect
While you can turn off gravity and wind in order to get more accurate sniper shots, we recommend leaving these settings on and practicing your shots. These just add to the immersion and give you a sense of accomplishment when you land the perfect shot.

Use The Environment To Your Advantage
You can use the environment to your advantage and this is something that we recommend you do. You can hide in the tall grass and shoot at explosives to kill a group of enemies.
Furthermore, you can shoot spotlights and electrocute operators. You can also try booby-trapping dead bodies with grenades.
Save Often
On lower difficulty settings, you can save your progress as often as you like. We recommend saving often so that you can quickly go back and do things differently in case something goes wrong.
Let Invaders Come To You
If you have invasions enabled and are being invaded by other players then we recommend sticking in place and letting them come to you. This is going to give you the element of surprise and the upper hand in most situations.
You can also invade other players and explore levels without being bothered by enemies on the map. While you can get your ass handed to you by leaving invasions on, we recommend trying them out at least once.
Use Nazi Weapons
You can pick up Nazi guns once you have killed a Nazi soldier. We recommend using the weapon that you get. This can be rather fun. You cannot stow the weapon and it has limited ammo but the bullets can deal a lot of damage.
Hide Your Kills
As you start piling up bodies, enemies are going to take notice and will be alerted. You do not want that to happen. That is why we recommend hiding dead bodies in order to avoid attracting any attention.
