One of the decisions that you will need to make in Remnant 2 while exploring Losomn is whether you should kill Faelin or Faerin. Depending on who you choose to defeat, you will get different loot, different dialogue, and a somewhat different fight. Remnant 2 Faelin or Faerin — Who to Kill?

Defeating Faelin
If you decide to defeat Faelin in the Beatific Gallery, you will get the Imposter’s Heart and Faerin’s Sigil. You can then trade the Imposter’s Heart to get Deceit. As for Faerin’s Sigil, it is a ring that boosts Mod Power by 10% when you land Critical Hit or Weakspot Hit.
Defeating Faerin
If you choose to defeat Faerin in the Malefic Gallery, you will be rewarded with the Melded Hilt and Faelin’s Sigil. The Melded Hilt can be traded with McCabe for the Godsplitter. Faelin’s Sigil is also a ring that boosts Mod Power generation by 10% when you deal Melee Damage.
Who to Choose?
As you might have guessed from the details above, it entirely depends on whether you are playing Melee or Ranged. If you love more Melee-focused items, kill Faerin and if you like ranged builds, kill Faelin. It is as simple as that!
