You will come across the Spinning Rings Puzzle during the Act-2 of Scorn. It is not a single puzzle but rather a series of 4 puzzles that require you to insert a Cylindrical Key into different mechanisms, each containing 3 Spinning Rings. The first thing that you need to do is to acquire the Cylindrical Key which is needed to solve all 4 puzzles. This can be looted from a corpse right next to the very first puzzle. Once you have acquired it, you will be able to solve the series of puzzles that need it.
Spinning Rings Puzzle #1
For the very first Spinning Rings Puzzle, you are required to align the notch on the rings, starting from the outermost to the innermost. Once you have aligned a ring, all that you need to do is to press the “Use” button. It is a pretty simple one to figure out but still we have provided a solution for those who don’t want to speed things up a little:

Spinning Rings Puzzle #2, #3
These puzzles essentially work similar to the first one but a little randomized which is why it is hard to give a solution. You basically need to use the sound to your advantage when it comes to solving these puzzles. For these puzzles, you will notice that the notch will spot at random intervals. In order to solve the puzzles, you must press the “Use” button whenever you hear a distinct click sound. It is as simple as that!
Spinning Rings Puzzle #4
For the last puzzle, you will once again need to press the “Use” button whenever you see the notch align itself to where it needs to be. The first 2 rings are fairly simple to align but the last ring is hidden from sight. Just pay close attention to where it stops and place the third ring there to complete it.
