Mercenaries is a free DLC for Resident Evil 4 Remake. The game mode, which is available as a separate download, is essentially a Horde Mode that requires players to clear waves of enemies within a time limit for a bunch of rewards. It has a scoring system which also dictates the rewards that you get at the end. Sadly, there is no multiplayer but it is still a fun game mode to try if you want to take a break from the story or just practice your aim. In this guide, we have detailed all the unlockable rewards that you can get from the Mercenaries Mode in Resident Evil 4 Remake.

As for weapons, there is only one weapon that you can unlock in the Mercenaries Mode. To unlock the Magnum Handcannon, you will need to get Rank S or higher in any 3 stages. This is done by scoring at least 200,000 points.
After it is unlocked, you will be able to purchase it from the Extra Content Shop for 1,000 CP. Not only you will be able to use it in the Mercenaries Mode but also during the main story which is pretty handy since unlocking it in the story requires you to complete the game on Professional Difficulty which is easier said than done.
