Remnant 2: The Awakened King Endings Explained
As mentioned earlier, you are treated with multiple endings in Remnant 2 — The Awakened King DLC. However, before we delve into details, please do note that the it contains major spoilers.
Killing the One True King
In the Chamber of the Faithless, choose the dialogue option:
Sounds like a lot of hassle, let’s fight.
After defeating the One True King, meet Nimue at Forlorn Coast and inform her of your victory. You will get these rewards for choosing this ending:
Jewel of the Beholden
It boosts Mod Damage by 15% for 10 seconds after using a Relic.
Monarch Long Gun
You will need to get the Agony Spike from the One True King and exchange it with Ava McCabe in Ward-13.
Wrathbringer
You will need to get the Tormentor’s Pommel by breaking the Hammer before defeating him.
Killing Nimue
You simply need to choose to eliminate Nimue when given the option. She will not put up a fight. As a reward for defeating her, you will get:
Broken Heart Relic
It offers a +50% increased usage speed bonus. When activated, it adjusts your current HP to 50% of the maximum over 0.25 seconds.
Sparing Nimue
If you decide not to kill Nimue, return to the One True King, defeat him, and then return to Nimue, you will get the following reward.
Gift of the Unbound
It enables targeting of enemy vulnerable points, with a +10% Crit. Chance and +20% Crit. Damage.
Secret Ending
For the Secret Ending, you will need to farm three Crimson King Coins in the Gilded Chambers. Once done, offer them as a tribute to the Red Prince. After you respawn, head over to the area where you defeated the One True King and speak with the Red Prince for the Secret Ending.
You will get the Succession achievement / trophy as well as the Crimson Guard Armor.
