Buddy Pass in video games is not a new feature but a welcome one – titles like It Takes Two has already done it. What it does is that it lets friends who do not own the game join in to try it out. In this guide, we have detailed all there is to know about how the Buddy Pass works in Rainbow Six Extraction.
Rainbow Six Extraction Buddy Pass
Buddy Pass is a cool feature available to all Rainbow Six Extraction owners. As the name suggests, the Buddy Pass lets the game owner invite up to 2 friends to play the game for 14 days without paying a dime.
There is a little catch, however. Players invited via the Buddy Pass must play the game with the player who invited them to get access to full 14-days playtime. Those who want to play solo without the player who invited them will only get 2 hours of playtime.
Rainbow Six Extraction will automatically save the progress at the end of a 14-day or 2-hour session. In order to continue playing, the players must get a new invite from another player or buy the game.
Another thing to keep in mind is that the Buddy Pass is cross-platform. In order to send someone on another platform a Buddy Pass token, simply add them via Ubisoft Connect.
Rainbow Six Extraction might not be the best game out there, it sure can be fun, especially with a couple of friends. Only one person needs to own the game and others can join in via the Buddy Pass.
