Where to Find the NCPD Mission

He has also got multiple body implants to enhance his physical abilities such as charge jump, break hold, etc. He is weak to EMP blasts and electrical shocks, so, using EMP grenades, the Short Circuit quickhack, or taking him out from a distance are your best bets.
If you have trouble finding him in the midst of the bloodshed, you can scan the area to receive his tactical information as he’s the only guy with metal blades in the area, which obviously picks him out from the rest so you can easily find him.
