Jellicent is a Water and Ghost Type Pokémon. Jellicent is an evolved version of Frillish. Once Frillish reaches Level 40 it will automatically evolve into Jellicent. Jellicent can mostly be found near the surface of the sea at night time. Following are the locations of where to find Jellicent:
Non-Overworld
Jellicent can be found in Lake of Outrage during the Thunderstorm weather. There is a 16% chance that it will spawn during Level 50-52.
Overworld
It can be found in Outer Spikemuth in Route 9 in any weather. There is a 5% chance that it will spawn during Level 41-44.
You can find it Surfing on Route 9 in any weather. There is a 5% chance that it will spawn during Level 39-43. This might not be the rarest Pokemon in the game but the spawn rate is still pretty low. These locations should help you find the Pokemon and evolve it.
Stats and Abilities
Jellicent has 100 HP, 60 Attack and 85 Special Attack. It has 70 Defense, 105, Special Defense and Speed is 60. It has a few abilities which might work in some situations. The abilities are Water Absorb, Cursed Body and Damp.
