Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are out now and they have some differences such as exclusive Pokemon, different professors, and even outfits. In this Pokemon Scarlet and Violet guide, we cover the Pokemon exclusive to each of the two variants of the game.
The professor in Scarlet is Sada while the Professor is Turo for Violet. Trainers will have different uniforms and Scarlet trainers will attend Naranja Academy while Violet trainers will attend Academy. Naranja has an orange logo and matching uniforms while Uva has a purple logo and matching uniforms.

Other than these Pokemon, there are late-game Paradox forms that are exclusive to the different variants of the game but we are not going into those here due to spoilers. You might want to look into these forms if you are not sure which variant of the game you want to buy.
