Unlocking the True Ending in Persona 4 Golden has some very specific requirements that you must fulfill. In this Persona 4 Golden guide, we will walk you through everything you need to know about unlocking the game’s True Ending.

Persona 4 Golden True Ending

Before we begin, please note that the guide contains major spoilers. You have been warned!

In order to unlock the Best Ending in Persona 4 Golden, you need to play through the story until you reach the point where you must decide whether you want Namatame in the TV World or not. You must also max out Marie’s and Adachi’s social links. You can check out our detailed Social Links guide for more information on it.

To unlock your desired ending, you must be against the idea and select the following responses on Dec. 03:

  • Wait a second here…
  • We’re missing something.
  • True feelings.
  • Something’s been bothering me.
  • We’re missing something…
  • Calm the hell down!

There should be another situation requiring your response but you can choose whatever you want for it. After you are done with the sequence, you will be required to identify the killer. At this point, you need to select Adachi and tell everyone about it.

Doing this should allow you to unlock the dungeon which you must complete in order to unlock the game’s true ending. Once you have completed the dungeon, you will be asked to say bye to your friends. It is important that you do not select the option that sends you to your home. Instead, head over toward the Junes’ Food Court and you will get to see the Best Ending of Persona 4 Golden.

This is how you can unlock the True Ending in Persona 4 Golden. For more help on the game, you can check out our detailed Persona 4 Golden wiki guides.
