Dr. Disrespect is a popular streamer who primarily plays FPS but not a lot of people know that he used to play in the NCAA Division II. Dr. Disrespect is also a part of NBA 2K23 through various cosmetics that you can unlock in the game.
There are a couple of Dr. Disrespect cosmetics that you can earn in NBA 2K23. These are tied to your level in the MyCareer Mode so you will need to grind a little to get them all:
- Free: Ethiopian Caterpillar Mustaches
- Level 8: Steel Mullet, Headphones
- Level 20: Glasses
- Level 32: Vest
Once you have acquired all of them, choose a position that you want Doc in. For the uninitiated, Dr. Disrespect used to play as a Power Forward in college. Also, note that you can model after him – there should a lot of YouTube guides on the subject.
