There are different ways in which you can get Monstrous Medley. You can randomly get it from side quests. The Jormungandr is also going to drop the item. This is a boss that you will encounter later on in the game. To take on the boss you need to be high enough level but note that there is no certainty that the boss is going to drop Monstrous Medley once you have beaten it.
What you can do to farm Monstrous Medley from the Jormungandr is to get 8 thief gloves. You can get the first one from the dungeon. The others can be bought from the shop in Rimedhal. All your party members need to equip them once you have them.
After that, you need all the characters to have high-level thief and Beastmaster jobs. You can also equip Magpie and spearhead passive ability. Have a spear on all your party members. Doing all this will allow you to steam the Monstrous Medley from the Jormungandr.
Lastly, once you get to chapter 7 of the game you can head over to Mag Mell’s shop and buy anything that you want. This includes Monstrous Medley.
