Bushi Tickets are a special type of item in Monster Hunter World (MHW). They are used to trade in for unique armor skins at the Resource Center. These include the Bushi “Homare” Set, Bushi “Sabi” Set, and the Palico Felyne Samurai Alpha Set. In this guide, we have detailed everything you need to know about earning the Bushi Tickets in Monster Hunter World.
Monster Hunter World Bushi Tickets
To get Bushi Tickets, players must participate in the Kulve Taroth Siege, an event quest in MHW. This siege is a special multiplayer mode where up to 16 players, divided into 4-man groups, collaborate to complete objectives and ultimately repel the Elder Dragon, Kulve Taroth.
The main goal is to break Kulve Taroth’s horns. This cannot be achieved through killing but only by repelling the dragon. This unique siege allows for collaborative play among multiple teams of hunters. Each group’s progress contributes to the overall mission. The Kulve Taroth Siege is available every other two weeks, alternating with the Safi’Jiiva Siege.
The siege is not recommended for solo play due to its complexity and difficulty. It is best tackled with a full team of hunters. Equip appropriate gear and weapons, focusing on fire resistance and part-breaking skills.
Increase this by gathering Kulve Taroth’s tracks and destroying its parts. A higher Pursuit Level means the dragon stays longer in each area, giving you more time to deal damage. This determines the quality of rewards post-quest. Maximize this level by breaking parts and increasing the Pursuit Level.
Focus on collecting tracks to boost the Pursuit Level. Use cannons for significant damage and boulders for stuns.
Deal active combat damage to Kulve Taroth. Utilize Mega Barrel Bombs when it dives into the ground.
Prepare for environmental fire damage; use Cool Drinks. Leverage boulders and magma eruptions for heavy damage.
Target Kulve Taroth’s horns using mounting/jumping attacks and status effects. Be mindful of environmental hazards like falling magma.
Initially, Kulve Taroth is weak to Thunder. After releasing it from its gold plating, its weakness shifts to Ice. Change weapons accordingly for maximum effectiveness.
After successfully repelling Kulve Taroth, Bushi Tickets are awarded as part of the siege rewards. These are not guaranteed drops, so participation in multiple sieges may be necessary. The quality and quantity of rewards, including the chances of getting Bushi Tickets, improve with higher Pursuit and Rewards levels achieved during the siege.
Once acquired, take your Bushi Tickets to the Resource Center to unlock the aforementioned armor sets. Each set requires a specific number of tickets, so plan your sieges accordingly to accumulate the necessary amount.
