Insect Glaive in the game is one of the best weapons when it comes to utilizing aerial damage. Not only the attacks are incredibly quick, but they’ve also got incredible reach. In addition to this, the weapon gets a lot of sustain, thanks to Kinsect. In this Monster Hunter Rise guide, we’ve detailed everything about Insect Glaive, its controls, skilbind attacks, and best combos.

Skilbind Attacks
There are three Skilbind Attacks in total that players can use in the game:
- Skilbind Vault: ZL + X
- Recall Kinsect: ZL + A
- Diving Wyvern: ZL + A
The first Skilbind Attack that we’ve got is Skilbind Vault. It lets players spin forward and follow-up with a Jumping Advancing Slash or an airborne evade. Recall Kinsect allows players to call their Kinsect that perform spinning attacks and scatters healing all over the place – it also completely recovers stamina at the end. This can be switched out by Diving Wyvern which’s a powerful downward attack with a small damage radius. The damage output of the attack, however, is pretty good.
