  • Check the ‘Attempt to remove the driver from this device’ mark.
  • Once restarted, see if the problem is fixed or not.
  • However, if the rollback driver option is not greyed out. Then follow the steps below:
  • Click on the Rollback driver button and confirm it.
  • Once done, restart your PC and see if the problem is fixed or not.
