How to Complete “Practice Makes Perfect” in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

Share

Modern Warfare (2022) isn’t an easy Platinum. There are some trophies that can leave you scratching your head. One such trophy is “Practice Makes Perfect” that you can complete in the “Ghost Team” mission. In this Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 guide, we have shared some tips to help you unlock the “Practice Makes Perfect” trophy.

In order to get the trophy, you need to progress through the “Ghost Team” mission until you get the “Destroy the Tank” objective — it should be in a Practice Range. In this area, you’ll see 33 dummies that you can shoot or melee. But there will also be a tank in the area constantly shooting at you which makes it a little harder.

The idea is to be constantly on the move while staying in cover (if possible) and hitting the targets — some of these are in the open while others are inside the bunkers. After you’ve successfully destroyed 33 targets, you’ll get the trophy. Also, do note that your progress isn’t saved between respawns. This means that if you die after hitting 32 targets, you’ll need to shoot all 33 again.

  1. Trying to complete it on “Realism” is a nightmare. Don’t do that to yourself.
  2. We recommend trying this on “Recruit” or even “Veteran” if you’re feeling yourself a little.
  3. Don’t try to damage the tank with a C4 as it will start spawning enemies in the area, making it even more harder than it needs to be.
  4. Only destroy the tank after you’re done with the trophy.

Lastly, it might take you a few tries to get it done. It can be a little frustrating at times.

We hope these tips helped you get the “Practice Makes Perfect” trophy in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. You can also see our detailed Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2022) wiki for more tips and strategies.
