In addition to enchantments there are artifacts in Minecraft Dungeons. There are many but which ones are the best artifacts in Minecraft Dungeons. It is a little hard to wrap your head around what artifacts are and how to use them which is where this guide helps you out. This guide will explain the artifacts’ effects, bonuses, and where to find them.

Minecraft Dungeons Best Artifacts

Artifacts are basically a type of loot that gives you special spells and skills to use in combat. You find artifacts in chests across the maps as well as in enemy drops. You can also get artifacts as rewards for completing levels. You can use three artifacts at a time which means you have three skills and abilities at your disposal at all times. Of course, you can switch between artifacts.

Minecraft Dungeons artifacts come in three rarity types – Common, Rare, Very Rare. Moreover, you can salvage old and unused artifacts to farm emeralds.  Emeralds are an in-game currency in Minecraft Dungeons.

You can also find something called a Love Medallion that makes enemies friendly. Moreover, you will find artifacts that are based on “soul-gathering” such as the Corrupted Beacon, Harvester, Soul Healer. The more souls you get from mobs the higher the empowerment you get from the artifacts. Use the Flaming Quiver and Fireworks Arrows when playing the default and adventure game modes. You can do some serious damage from ranged weapons by using these two artifacts. Combine these with the Scatter Bow to fire multiple projectiles and boost DPS even further.
