Intel Arc 350M Laptop GPU Beats Nvidia MX450

We have been waiting for Intel Arc GPUs for a while now and they are finally here. As of right now, they are limited to thin and light notebooks such as the Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro which comes with the 12th generation Intel Core i7-1260P processor and Intel Arc A350M GPU. Consumers will have to wait for the full release and the desktop SKUs. According to the benchmarks for the Intel Arc 350M, it performs better than the Nvidia MX450 but is not fast enough when compared to the Nvidia GTX 1650.

The Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro tested, in this case, comes with a 15.6″ FHD AMOLED screen and 32 GB LPDDR5 memory. You can check out the synthetic and gaming benchmarks of the device below.

Intel Arc 350M Laptop GPU Benchmarks

You can check out the Time Spy and Fire Strike benchmarks of the Intel Arc 350M compared to the Nvidia MX450 and GTX 1650 below:

Intel Arc 350M

Intel Arc 350M can run League of Legends at 95 FPS, PUBG at around 30 FPS and you can expect the same performance when playing Far Cry 6. Performance is a bit better in Overwatch where you can get around 60 FPS or higher.

As the Intel Arc 350M is meant for thin and light notebooks, we were not expecting crazy performance. You can run multiplayer titles like Overwatch, LoL, and Dota2. Anything graphics intensive and you will be limited to 30 FPS.

This is the entry-level GPU that Intel has to offer right now. Arc 5 and Arc 7 should provide better graphics performance at a higher price point but that is something that we will need to wait and see.
