To increase Anomlay Power in Outriders, you need to gather the Armor set bonuses and invest in the right class tree nodes.
Each weapon and armor you collect in Outriders gives you certain types of bonuses and stats. Some stats boost your Max HP while others increase firepower. Meanwhile, some of them increase your Anomaly Power. Your Anomaly Power increases organically over time as you progress in Outriders but getting your hands on stat-boosting gear helps speed up the process.
On the other hand, you can invest in the class nodes that boost Anomaly Power. For example, Concentration for the Trickster Class increases Anomaly Power by 6%. There’s a total of 7 Concentration Nodes and each of them gives a 6% increase which means you can boost the Anomaly Power up to 42%
