You can unlock Amanda Fisher by completing the third single-player mission called Kill ‘Em All. This is a deathmatch-style mission in which you will need to Deadites in infested areas and then ride to the next location. Mind your aim and use a shotgun for close-range attacks and you should be done with it. This is a pretty long mission and it is going to test your survival skills so be prepared for that.
Amanda’s active skill gives you infinite ammo for a short duration of time. Her Trusty Sidearm perk allows you to start a game with a pistol and the Accuracy Counts skill increases the damage dealt by a ranged weapon with each consecutive shot. The Weapon Master Pistol skill increases the damage and attack speed of pistols and also increases the balance bar and dismemberment range.
