The first thing to do after landing in Die Maschine is to turn on the power. Unlike the maps where you had to activate multiple switches, there’s only a single switch in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War zombies. Turning on the power will help you locate the Pack-a-Punch and will also help in solving the Easter Egg. In this Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War zombies guide, we’ve detailed everything about how to turn on the power in Die Maschine.
How to Turn on Power in Cold War Zombies
Before you turn on the power in Die Maschine, you’ll need to farm a lot of points. Once you’ve accumulated enough points, open up the green door near the right side of the spawn – near the table. Once you’re inside, head up the stairs and blow up the obstruction to open up the path.
After heading up, turn to the other side and go all the way to the back to blow up another obstacle marked by a blue arrow. You should find yourself at the frozen Crash Site now. Since it’s an open space, keep an eye on your navigation bar and proceed toward 315. There should be another obstruction leading to an underground area.
Once you’re below, the doorway leading to the Facility will automatically open. From there, open any of the two doors to arrive at the Particle Accelerator area. We highly recommend turning the hints on so that you’re never lost. Anyway, from the Particle Accelerator area, try to locate the ‘Power’ objective marker. It should be behind another locked door.
Open up the final door and hit the power switch to brighten up the map. As mentioned earlier, by turning on the power, you’ll gain access to the Pack-a-Punch and progress the game’s elaborate Easter Egg.
That’s all we’ve got in how to turn on the power in Cold War zombies. For more help on the game, you can check out our Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War wiki guides.
