How to Pick Locks in Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous

Share

There might be some doors and containers in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous that are locked and you won’t be able to access these unless you know how to pick a lock. Each character in the game can pick a lock, and this guide will show you exactly how that can be done.

Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous Lock Picking Guide

We have told you that each character in the game can pick a lock. You should also know that not every character has the same chances of picking a lock as the other characters. However, you can do certain things to increase their chances of picking locks.

When you find a door or a container that is locked, you will have two choices. You can either open them or break the lock. This is to keep in mind that when you attempt to break a lock, there might be fragile and precious items in the container that could get broken. This happens because of the Trickery skill test.

The Trickery skill test can be boosted using the Dexterity score of your character. Some characters have a high Dexterity score, while some have a low of it. If your character does not have trickery in their set of skills, you can still use trickery if the character has a high Dexterity score. You can then easily pick any lock you want.

You can also obtain a tool to pick locks, which increases the chances for any character to open up a lock. This tool is called Lock Picker. You should use this tool, if your character does not have Trickery skill, or if the structure of the lock is complex.

This is all there is that you need to know about picking locks in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. Need more help? See Getting Custom Portraits, Getting Mounts.
