The health bar in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is displayed in the top-left corner of the screen, and it is only visible during combat, or when you take damage outside of combat. Unfortunate for us, there is no automatic health regeneration, so we will have to look out for ourselves to heal our character in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart.
Heal in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart
To heal your character, you will need to look out for health crates, which have a blue glow. These crates spawn at the same location every time and these are scattered all around the game world.
You should not destroy these if you have lost a couple of health points, as they help you gain full health, and would go in vain if broken when the player has enough health to go through a battle.
If you die, you will restart from the last checkpoint. The game progress is saved very often, which means that there isn’t much distance between two checkpoints and you won’t lose much progress.
If you are struggling with anything in the game, you can always change the difficulty level.
You can permanently extend the health bar by progressing through the campaign, which helps your character absorb more damage and you have more opportunities to outwit your enemies. The health bar is also extended a bit, when your character levels up, which means you should focus on gaining more and more XP to quickly level up your character and create your own advantages.
