How to Get the Sheikah Sensor in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity is packed with a plethora of side quests that require Link and his party to gather certain crafting materials to unlock new items, character upgrades, facilities, and more. Since there is so much to do, it can be hard to find certain materials and figure out what you need to complete a quest. If you are facing the same problem then the game itself helps you track quests that reward materials you need. It saves time and lets you be more efficient in Age of Calamity. In this guide, we will explain how to get the Sheikah Sensor in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.

The Sheikah Sensor is the upgrade that lets you track quest rewards. Once you have the Sheikah Sensor it will automatically mark quests and shops with materials you need.

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity – How to Get the Sheikah Sensor

To get the Sheikah Senser you need to collect 200 Bokoblin Trophies, 50 Lizalfos Trophies, and 1,000 rupees. In Chapter 2 you will get a quest called “Needed: Researchers!” from Akkala. Complete this quest by gathering the materials mentioned above to get the sensor.

The good news is that by the time this quest becomes available you will have all the materials required to unlock the Sheikah Senser upgrade. You simply need to turn in these materials to Akkala to unlock the Sheikah Sensor.

Once you manage to unlock the sensor you can use it to track quests that have missing materials. Thankfully, the Sheikah Sensor makes tracking easier so you can figure out where to go.

To use the Sheikah Sensor you must highlight a quest that is missing materials. Such quests have and red text on their materials requirements. If that is the case you can press X to register that quest and start tracking it. You can register up to two guests at a time with the Sheikah Sensor. To stop tracking quest you can simply press X again.
