When you land on the island, open up your inventory bag and grab the GPS. Look straight down on your GPS to locate a specific cave near a river. The cave is unique and should be easy to spot.
The cave isn’t hard to miss, so you’ll be able to make your way to the location without a hitch. Go straight down to that location and look for a skull sculpture. The stun baton can be found on or against the skull sculpture.
