There are a total of 5 Royal Weapons that players can use in Genshin Impact. These are the Royal Longsword, Royal Spear, Royal Grimoire, Royal Bow, and Royal Greatsword. Each of the Royal Weapons in the game has unique stats and skills. Royal Longsword is an old longsword that once belonged to erstwhile rulers of Mondstadt. It’s a pretty decent weapon to use for players who wish to invest in high Critical Chance builds. In this guide, we’ve detailed everything there’s to know about how to acquire the Royal Longsword in Genshin Impact.
Genshin Impact Royal Longsword
Royal Longsword in Genshin Impact is a 4-star rarity weapon that deals +42 base damage and has a unique ability that lets the wielder gain +8% Critical Hit Chance after damaging an enemy with the weapon. The effect can stack up to 5 times for a total of +40% Critical Hit Chance if players manage to damage 5 enemies in quick succession.
In order to get the Royal Longsword in the game, players will need to get it from Paimon’s Bargains. For the uninitiated, Paimon allows players to exchange Masterless Starglitter, Masterless Stardust, and Primogems for a variety of characters, weapons, materials, and more.
For those who don’t know how to get their hands on Starglitter and Stardust, these in-game currencies can be acquired by pulling 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star items in Genshin Impact. Once players have acquired the required amount of currency, they’ll need to buy it from Paimon’s Bargains for 24 Starglitter.
As of right now, getting the required amount of Starglitter is the only way of getting the Royal Longsword in the game. It cannot be acquired any other way.
