MLB The Show 21 Get More Home Runs

Scoring a Home Run in MLB The Show is arguably the single-most fun aspect of the game. However, since the game is ever-evolving, there isn’t a way that enables players to easily score Home Runs all the time. With that said, there are a few tips that players can use in order to turn the odds in their favor.

One of the first things to keep in mind is that no two players are alike – some are clearly better than the others. There isn’t a world where someone like Billy Hamilton can be considered equal to Babe Ruth. With that out of the way, there are a couple of things to increase the success rate.

  • While using the directional hitting interface, press Square / X to land a Power Shot. Do remember that it’s a high risk, high reward kind of tactic.
  • Also, try to stay in the middle of the zone. A lot of Home Runs come from this area.
  • Always try to use the Plate Coverage Indicator with the left analog stick. While using it, try to remain closest to the middle of the inner circle. This requires a little practice but can be mastered pretty easily.

This is how players can easily get more home runs in MLB The Show 21. Feel free to check out our detailed MLB The Show 21 wiki guides for more help on the game.
