Subnautica: Below Zero Gold Locations

Luckily, you can visit a couple of spots to find the gold in a good amount. These spots have some of the rare crafting resources and items used in the game. To find gold in these locations, we recommend you to craft the sea glide to travel faster and high-capacity oxygen tank, so your oxygen won’t run out while you’re still diving.

Location #1

After you have obtained sea glide and a high-capacity oxygen tank, you can go on the hunt for gold towards the emergency supply crate cave. This is how you can access the cave:

First off, exit your pod and go towards the east for about 300 meters through the safe shallows and a creepvine area into the larger forest of creepvine. After exiting the creepvine forest, you will see a glacier that will be touching the seafloor and will have a big crack on it.

You need to go through it and you will find a seabase foundation, which will be lying in front of a small creepvine forest. There is a cave in this small creepvine forest, which is visible as soon as you enter into the forest and look downward.

This cave will have a ton of gold that you can mine and gather.

Location #2

The next location that you will need to go to get gold is Bendy Bridges, which is a village-themed area a few hundred meters from your pod in the north direction. You will need to go to the place, where you found the rebreather, and then go deep down into the water.

As you keep on going deeper, you will notice that there are a good number of resources of gold, silver, titanium, and copper on cliffs and caves.

This is a huge place, and you’re likely to find a lot of resources here. To fully explore this area, you will need to have sea glide equipped and a high-capacity oxygen tank with full oxygen in it.
