The methods to get candy are limited. The primary method is to buy it from Nook’s Cranny for 120 Bells throughout the month of October.

However, there’s also a downside that you can only buy only one candy per day. But don’t worry! There are some tips and tricks which you can apply to get some extra candy:

The first trick requires your friends’ help. You can head to your friend’s island and once there, you’ll be able to buy candy from Nook’s Cranny.

This will massively increase the amount of candy you can collect before Halloween.

To get some extra candy by the second method, you’ll have to dress up in your Halloween costume and visit villagers inside of their homes. If they’re impressed by your costume, they gift you with some candy.
